We have a Public Facebook page where we promote the club and answer queries from anybody.
The RSC Squad facebook private group is where squad swimmers and their parents interact. Only current squad swimmers, or those swimmers who are still club members and who still have strong affiliation with the club and intend competing under RSC in the future eg: RSC swimmers who remain members while swimming overseas, parents of swimmers who are members, and coaches can be members of this group. This is so members can discuss any squad and swimming issues in a safe, non-public, environment. Facebook conditions mean people under 13 can't join the group but parents are encouraged to tap into this family friendly community with a supportive positive culture.

The Coastlands Aquatic Centre is closed for maintenance for the week commencing Monday 15 October. We have been given some lanes to train at the Otaki Pool during this period but, as we have only got access to 2 or 3 lanes per session, we are not able accommodate the usual training schedule. School holiday program starts Monday October 1 and will run through to Friday October 12. Sessions will be Monday to Friday 5pm-6:30pm for orca and sharks Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5pm-6pm for penguin and seal squads (no Tuesday) Coach Simon Paul Reeve has the reins.
Please note that the sleep study has ended and morning training this coming week will be 6-7am Monday and Wednesday for the Sharks and Orcas, and Friday for the Orcas only. There will be no morning training during the October school holidays. Any questions, please contact Jon or Katie Ford
