NB You have until Sunday, 10 November to sign up at which time, we will be confirming accommodation numbers and meals. IMPORTANT Please advise of any special dietary requirements on the form.
It is vital to have parental assistance at the camp. Duties are minimal. If you are available to help, even if it is for part days, please also sign up as soon as possible. We are not able to run the camp without the required number of parent help (both male and female). SNZ Police clearance check will be required if not already obtained.
Payment of the $50.00 non-refundable deposit (for camp attendees) is due 30 November 2019, and final payment due 31 December 2019 into your swimming account please. Invoices totaling the full amount of $623.00 per swimmer will be sent out in due course. Please note, the Club is to submit a funding application to help towards the costs so the advised figure will be less if we are successful in getting a grant.
Lastly, a friendly reminder that fees need to be up to date to attend camp. Any payments made will be used against outstanding fees first. If you require a statement at any time, please email Chris Plummer treasurer@raptors.nz.

Closing Times for entries are 12 midnight unless otherwise stated.
All meets run by Swimming Wellington (SW) and some club meets require Swimmers to use a SW Entry Pass. Contact our RSC Race Secretary if you need one.
There is no charge for the initial card but if a replacement is required then there is a charge of $10.
Passes should be returned to the Race Secretary if a swimmer leaves the club.
