Coach Team

Bronson is the Head Coach of Raumati Swimming Club and an accredited NZ/AU Development Coach with a proven track record of developing swimmers across all stages of the pathway.
A current competitive swimming member of the club, Bronson brings a rare dual perspective – understanding the sport from both the athlete and coaching sides. His coaching philosophy centers on technical excellence, long-term athlete development, and creating an environment where swimmers enjoy the process while achieving real results.
Bronson has coached swimmers from Learn to Swim through to age-group and open competition, including regional, national, and international medalists. He has also gained international coaching experience and was recognised for his impact on the sport with the 2024/25 Rookie Coach of the Year award.
With over 14 years of competitive swimming experience in New Zealand and Australia, Bronson combines deep technical knowledge with an athlete-first approach that helps swimmers build confidence, resilience, and performance – both in and out of the pool.
Raumati Swimming Club is proud to have a coach committed to developing strong swimmers, great people, and a thriving club culture.
