My background is in IT as a systems programmer but also spent 4 years doing bookkeeping/accounts. I currently manage my son’s college hockey team but have also coached or managed primary school hockey, netball and touch rugby. I was elected and spent 2 years on the Committee of a Squash and Tennis club in the UK. My daughter Annabel has been swimming with the club for 3 years.
I have spent the last 2 months acting as Admin for the Club, as well as recently assisting the Treasurer and Officials co-ordinator. From this, I have learnt a small part of is involved in running the Club and would like to help the Club pull together and concentrate on providing positive environment, where the swimmers can thrive.

2023 The Trygve Cup
The Trygve Cup is a multi-week cup designed to positively enhance the experience of competitive swimming, develop interclub rivalries and further increase participation at home pools across the region. The Trophy is named after the late Trygve Mark Berge and will be open to all clubs to participate and compete in to be named winners of the cup.
The Cup was launched in March/April 2022, and is a multi-week event. Each series is adapted and changed to vary the events competed for over the course of the series. The cup will primarily promote participation in relay events, whilst also providing the opportunity for swimmers to compete in a weekly individual event.

Week 3 (Mar 27 – 31) – 100IM & 4x25m Free Relay
