Please check flyer regarding entry. In order to enter a 100m event you must have a qualifying 50m time; in a 200m even you have have a qualifying 100m time, etc (refer to flyer for further details).
Those achieving a Personal best or new time will receive a best time ribbon and a chocolate bar.
